Questions
Straight answers.
Do I have to call when it snows?
No. That is the point of the trigger. At two inches of accumulation your driveway is due, and crews are dispatched without any contact from you.
What if it snows less than two inches?
Below the trigger we do not automatically dispatch. If you want your driveway cleared anyway, call and ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can fit it.
What happens with a storm that runs all day?
Long storms can mean more than one pass. We talk through how you want that handled when we set up the property, so there are no surprises mid-storm.
Where does the snow go?
We look at that on the estimate visit. Snow gets stacked where it will not block your view pulling out, will not slide back across the driveway, and leaves room for the rest of the season.
Do you sign up for the whole season?
Seasonal scheduling is how the trigger system works — your property has to be on the route before the storm. Call and we will walk through the options for your driveway.
Every residential estimate is free, and it starts with a look at the driveway so we know it before the first storm rather than during one.
